Heat Pump and Cooling
· Clean or replace standard filters
· Inspect indoor cooling coil (clean in Spring)
· Inspect primary and secondary drains
· Inspect blower components
· Inspect condenser coil (clean in Spring)
· Lubricate all moving parts
· Inspect electrical connections
· Inspect safety controls
· Adjust air flow for proper temperature drop
· Check air temperature supply and return
· Check refrigerant pressure

Gas Furnace Only (Fall Only)
· Check the flue draft for safety
· Gas leak test on furnace
· Clean/Adjust pilot assembly
· Inspect thermocouple
· Clean out furnace
